There's absolutely zero compromise on attention and quality in this restaurant, where the cuisine is made from top-quality ingredients. Although traditional Japanese specialities feature on the menu, more often the dishes are the result of a blend of Japanese and Western styles. In a dark dining room with subtle lighting the amber-coloured tables are offset by onyx walls, while the traditional sushi bar offers guests a great view of the skilful chef at work. The success of this Italian-run restaurant with a Japanese chef has led to the recent opening of an offshoot in Tokyo!
