Alexandre Gauthier, chef at La Grenouillère near Le Touquet, gets back to basics here. Brown shrimp broth, entrecote with Béarnaise sauce, crêpes Suzette, tarte Tatin... certain dishes are even created in homage to his father. The good ingredients, lovely presentation and generous, flavourful dishes make this a place you will want to come back to.
