Don’t bother with starters or cold items here. Instead get your boil on, since within a few seconds of ordering you’ll have a bevy of flavorful, full-bodied broths bubbling away. The tang pot blends a spicy beef tallow broth with serious kick and a non-spicy pork bone version for a perfect combination. These ingredients are top-notch, especially the beef ribeye and Japanese Kobe. Noodles, tofu, vegetables and sesame paste round it out. Make sure to come with a crew here as you will need an army to partake in all the flavor fun-and to share the spoils.
