Mumi (a homage to Museum Mile in New York) is the brainchild of Thibault Passinge, none other than the wine waiter of Parisian Porte 12. He has formed a savvy food and wine team, with Greek chef Angelo Vagiotis, in charge of the subtle, precise menu rich in contrasting flavours and Mathieu Arenas to provide wine advice. Informal, relaxed service and good value for money.
