François Geurds has a clear vision and he brings it to life in this restaurant, which is urban, trendy and original. The chef adopts a style that is very detailed, sometimes even playful, but always keeps his focus on the flavours of his high quality ingredients and sauces. FG could easily stand for Fantastically Good!
