Description

The Ellbögen Road is worth the trip if only for the beautiful view of the Sill and Stubai valleys. On the old Salt Road of Patsch, admire the panoramic view of the gigantic Europe Bridge in the foreground with the Serles peak (2718m/8917ft) to the left and the snow-capped Habicht (3277m/10751ft) in the background. The sharp Zuckerhütl (3511m/11519ft) peak is outlined on the edge of the Stubai valley. The slow descent towards Mühlbachl begins after Gedeir.
