Description

Menorca, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, is the second largest and second most populous of the Balearic Islands. It managed to remain at a remove from the tourism boom of the 1960s and thus safeguard its lovely coastline, dotted with crystalline-watered creeks and picturesque little villages, from excessive development. But nowadays more and more holidaymakers, accommodated by the inexhaustible locals, are venturing here to enjoy the magical location, the sun, water sports and tasty food.
