Description

This nuraghic complex includes two spaces separated by the church (10C BC) and its cumbessie (huts providing shelter for pilgrims). To the northeast, the pozzo sacro (holy well), surrounded by an enclosure, includes an atrium, a staircase and an underground tholos (circular temple) where a spring gushes forth. To the southwest lie the nuraghe (megalithic edifice) and the village attached to the sanctuary, where one can see "giants' tombs" (collective tombs) and domus de janas (tombs dug out of the rock).
