Useful information

Description

The house in which Thérèse Martin (who went on to become St Thérèse of Lisieux) was born on 2 January 1873 provides an insight into her childhood and family life with her parents Louis and Zélie Martin, themselves canonised in 2015. From here, there is direct access to the adjoining Chapelle Sainte-Thérèse, built between 1925 and 1928 following her canonisation.
