Description
The intersection of Oronoco Street and Washington Street is nicknamed Lee Corner because it is surrounded by properties that belonged to the Lee family. The childhood home of Robert E. Lee, the famous Confederate general, is at 607 Oronoco Street, but isn't open to visitors.
