Description

The splendid MuséoParc charts the struggle between Caesar and Vercingetorix in 52 BCE during the siege of Alesia. The interpretation centre stands on the battlefield around Mount Auxois. The circular shape of the building symbolises the encirclement of the Gauls, while the overhead wooden mesh embodies the Roman fortifications. The scene is set! The exhibition's dynamic modern scenography features models, videos and interactive screens. Not to be missed!
