An elegant alley of eucalyptus trees leads to this pagoda, nicknamed the "pagoda of the storks" due to the flocks of arecas, ibis, storks and herons in the nearby lake. Located in the centre of the monastery, this 19C pagoda is crowned with a tiled roof on several levels, the ends of which are in the shape of a bird. Naive frescoes depicting hell, the Buddhist pantheon and various naturalist subjects adorn the walls, beneath an enormous Buddha in the seated position of the Khmer kings.
