Raileh Peninsula
The Green Guide

Useful information

Description

A number of treasures await discovery just a stone's throw from Ao Phra Nang. To find them, climb aboard a long tail and head off towards the Raileh peninsula to admire Hat Tham Phra Nang, a vertiginous rocky piton popular with rock climbers (extreme caution is required if you're scaling the rock), and a cave, Tham Phra Nang Nok, which conceals an idyllic lake (a good half an hour's walk is required to get here). A reminder once more that these superb sites are extremely popular with visitors - you've been warned!
