Description
The prestigious Fukagawa-Seiji workshop produces, among others, tea services for the Imperial family. Its gallery-museum, an immense contemporary structure with a mezzanine tearoom, houses some superb pieces of transparent white porcelain as well other more colourful and elaborate pieces, dating from the 19C. Visitors can paint their own piece of ceramic in the workshop next to the shop.
