Description

Housed on the upper floor, the permanent exhibition of this art gallery presents works often inspired by Balchik. Note in particular paintings by Decko Uzunov (1877-1953), Bencko Obreškov (1899-1970) and Canko Lavrenov (1896-1978).The section devoted to "classical" art contains a Majstora (The Master 1882-1960), a fine Portrait of a young girl by Ilija Petrov (1903-75) and some remarkable sculptures by Boris Karadžov. Modern paintings include a landscape by Svetlin Rusev (1933). The ground floor is devoted to temporary exhibitions.
