Titanic Belfast Experience
The Green Guide

Useful information

Description

This museum, opened in 2012 on the hundredth anniversary of the demise of the Titanic, is located on the shipyard that gave birth to the ocean liner. It is established in a star-shaped building that pays tribute to the shipping line and in which each section is evocative of the ship's prow. A reproduction of the ship with special effects, period reconstitutions and an oceanic exploration centre will acquaint you with the history of the Titanic until the fateful day when 1,500 people died.
