The Michelin Guide's review
The Peregrine Fund was established in 1970 to save the once-endangered peregrine falcon from extinction. The Fund has now turned its captive-breeding efforts to reestablishing populations of other threatened birds, including the California condor, the South American harpy eagle and the aplamado falcon of the southwestern US. Video cameras and one-way mirrors enable guests to view incubation chambers and birds without disturbing them. The facility offers great views of the Treasure Valley.
