The Michelin Guide's review
On 16 December 1773, in what was to be an important event leading to the War of Independence, 90 colonists protested the British tea tax by disguising themselves as Mohawk Indians and dumping 342 crates of tea stored in three freighters into the harbour. In response to the protest, the Crown closed Boston harbour. Today, actors in costume act out this famous Tea Party aboard a full-size replica of the Beaver.
