Description

The stunning Mesa Laboratory (1966, I.M. Pei) is an interesting blend of style and science. Pei's international reputation was secured by this building, which was inspired by Anasazi cliff dwellings. The centre includes several exhibition galleries with interactive displays illustrating atmospheric and meteorological phenomena, meteorological instruments in use and the various hazards which threaten aviation.
