Composed of three adjacent estates of former miners' housing, a church (1922) and two schools, this neighbourhood (1930-1937) boasts impressive rows of tenements. The façades, which are characteristic of the Mines de Bruay style, incorporate a handful of details (such as doorframes, which are painted white) that break up the monotony.
