Very trendy and particularly lively, Stephen Avenue Walk is a picturesque pedestrian street. It is the central part of Calgary's historic heart, with its wealth of 19C and early-20C sandstone buildings, many converted into shops and tearooms. Check out the T.C. Power & Bro store, Alberta Hotel and Allan Palace Theatre. But bear in mind that it is preferable to walk there during the day because traffic resumes and runs between 6pm and 6am.
