Description

Cutting a majestic figure on the north side of the river, this gleaming structure was built in two stages (30 storeys to the south in 1920 and 21 to the north in 1924: Graham, Anderson, Probst & White). The varnished white terracotta exterior is particularly stunning when lit up at night.
