Description

The Tower Group (1903, Shepley, Rutan & Coolidge) stands at the northeast corner of the University of Chicago's main quadrangle. Leon Mandel Hall, which serves as a performance and meeting venue, imitates the design of the campus chapel with its arched windows. The elegant red-brick Quadrangle Club (1922) welcomes the university's teaching faculty and its guests.
