Description

At the foot of Civita, a village perched on a rocky outcrop in the Pollino mountains, a path leads to Raganello gorges. The Devil's bridge, rebuilt after being washed away in 1998, majestically straddles this deep, narrow canyon, among the most impressive of Italy. Caution: the spates of the Raganello can be very dangerous.
