The oldest cognac firm was founded by a native of Jersey, Jean Martell, who settled here in 1715. First you explore his house: restored and furnished kitchen, small wine barn and living room, before choosing a tour: "Heritage" about the firm's history and development; "Know-how" covering the professions related to cognac manufacture and "Part des anges" which explores the sensorial aspect of this beverage.
