Description

This Anglican cathedral was designed by William Burges and built out of limestone in an exuberant French Gothic style in 1878. Its central spire rises to a height of 73m/240ft. Look out for the three carved porches on the west façade and, inside, the stained-glass windows and rich ambulatory depicting the life of Christ.
