Useful information

Description

Lough Neagh Discovery Centre stands on the shore of the largest lake in the British Isles, Lough Neagh (400km2). Thanks to the high-tech interactive exhibition, you can familiarise yourself with the ecosystem of the lough, which is a destination for migratory birds from September to January. You will also see a 6C oak pirogue, which was found at the bottom of the lough. To enjoy direct contact with nature, secrete yourself in one of the observation huts, go for a walk on one of the trails or take a boat trip (from Kinnego Marina).
