Description

The salon of mathematical and physical sciences showcases the inventive genius of scientists through a display of clocks and other instruments dating from the 16C to the 19C. Admire the collection of sundials, hourglasses and different types of clocks, including the astronomical clock belonging to Prince Augustus, created in Marburg by Eberhard Baldewein. The museum also displays a Rococo-style telescope (1742).
