A very fine Victorian building designed by George Gilbert Scott, houses The McManus - Dundee's Art Gallery and Museum. It looks at the activities that made Dundee a prosperous town in the 19C and 20C and presents numerous artworks from the 19C. It also provides a survey of 20C Scottish painting.
