Description

Set in the original officers' mess near Portsmouth, this imaginative display describes the creation, history and modern-day work of the Royal Marine Corps. An audiovisual presentation gives an insight into the Marines' role in the Battles of Zeebrugge and Jutland during the Second World War, in Northern Ireland and during the Falklands War (1982). There is also a collection of objects associated with the corps.
