Description

This "People's Story" museum is established in Canongate Tolbooth (1591), a splendid example of 16C architecture whose spire bristles with turrets. You will see (and hear) attractive displays, photos and written and recorded testimonials which provide an insight into daily life in Scotland from the 18C to the present day.
