Useful information

Description

Holyrood Park is the largest green space in the town. The park is dominated by Arthur's Seat (251m) and the Salisbury Crags, two specimens of volcanic provenance. Within the park, the path departing from the car-park on Queen's Road leads to Arthur's seat (a half-hour walk). This headland gives you a superb panoramic view of Edinburgh and its surrounding area.
