Description
The Museo Regional Adolfo Bermúdez Jenkins contains a remarkable collection of excavated artefacts from the Paracas, Nasca, Huari, Chincha and Inca cultures. The chronological presentation starts with a fine collection of textiles and, particularly noteworthy, Paracas and Nazca ceramics. Another room is devoted to mummies and skulls, which show evidence of ritual deformation and trepanning.
