Description

Imbros Gorge, 8km long (allow for a 2-3hr walk), doesn't present any difficulty. You will be able to peacefully admire its steep walls, which rise as high as 300m above a gully that in places is not wider than 2m. The less fit won't miss out, however: by skirting the panoramic road that leads to Hóra Sfakíon, you can enjoy both the sight of the gorge and a broad view over the eastern part of the Sfakia area, looking out to sea.
