Description
This 600m/2,000ft-long suspended bridge, supported by two 127m/416ft-high pillars, commands a superlative view over Toyama Bay. The Ainokaze pedestrian and bicycle path (access by lift), created under the road for motor vehicles, offers walkers and cyclists the chance to savour the view. On a clear day, you can see as far as the snow-capped peaks of Tateyama range, Noto peninsula and in the foreground, the yacht of a sailing school anchored in the port.
