Description

This Orthodox monastery nestles harmoniously in the rural landscape of the Buzau hills. Dating from the 16C and the 19C, its two churches are decorated with paintings and wood carvings respectively. In the nearby woodlands and glades, don't miss the amazing sculpture groups dating from between 1970 and 1985.
