Description

This point lying between the Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Riga is magical. Cape Kolka seems a world away, in a place at land's end, where nature's elements reign supreme. Here the sea is dangerous, and the wind is not just a gentle breeze, but it is a true pleasure to walk on the white sandy beach, as it stretches out beyound a touching monument to sailors who have disappeared at sea, and a curtain of trees gnarled by the winds.
