As its name suggests, this museum is devoted to the history of paprika, its arrival in Hungary, how it is grown and transformed into powder and how it is used. Visitors will learn, among other interesting anecdotes, that the famous spice is dried in September and also that the Hungarian Nobel prize winner Albert Szent-Györgyi discovered vitamin C from paprika.
