Description

The legislative centre of Sámi country, this wood and glass building has a semi-circular layout and part of it is shaped like a lávvu (traditional tent). Architects Stein Halvorsen and Christan Sunby were awarded the Norwegian Architectural Prize in 2001 for the design.
