Description

In Kep's lively open-air market, you'll find mountains of dried shrimps next to massive sacks stuffed with pepper. Indeed, you will see the fishing boats mooring right at the foot of the market and haggling over the price for their catch of the morning. The live crabs are placed in nets and kept submerged until the very last moment. Some of the fish, crab and shrimp then finds its way to outdoor eateries, skewered or quick wok fried.
