Useful information

Description

This brewery museum in the Nada district of Kobe is named after one of the most famous sakes in the world. For over four centuries, the precious liquid was manufactured here in optimal brewing conditions thanks to cool northern winds and its east-west facing wooden structure. On display are photos, explanations in English and many wooden utensils, designated Important Cultural Property of Japan. Tasting on the way out.
