Description

The Neanderthal Museum of Krapina (Muzej Krapinskih Neandertalaca) provides information on the discovery of Krapina man, the history of evolution, excavation methods and theories on the origin of our planet. A path leads to the Palaeolithic site of Husnjaka, a rocky overhang where in 1898 Professor Kramberger discovered the fossils of the site's first inhabitants.
