Description

Travel back in time to the 1950s and visit the show flat that Auguste Perret presented at the 1947 World Fair. The magician of "reinforced concrete" entrusted with the task of rebuilding Le Havre in the wake of the 1944 bombings dreamt up a project of rationalised, flexible space. The simple, functional furniture, along with a large number of daily objects, bring the display to life and illustrate post-war social evolution.
