Description

It was Alphonse Daloz, a notary by profession, who took the initiative to create this 800 ha forest, whose sea pine, (silver) birch, alder and poplar trees protect a mix of 2,000 Anglo-Norman or modern villas from the wind. The wood and the residential areas have a 45 km network of bridle paths and 50 km of forested paths. In addition to four walking routes, three golf courses, a racecourse and an equestrian centre.
