Description

The church of St Peter is a vast and imposing red-brick edifice with five naves, the foundations of which date back to 1211, although its current appearance dates from the 16C. The church displays commemorative plaques to the painter Jan Steen and Professor Boerhaave, as well as to the Pastor of the Pilgrim Fathers, John Robinson.
