The Museo de la Rioja ccupies a fine 18C palace. The Romanesque sculptures and Gothic altarpiece from Torremuña are the standout pieces. The Baroque period is illustrated by an extraordinary Hispanic-Filipino ivory sculpture depicting the Expiring Christ.
