2 500 objects from West Africa (Benin and Ivory Coast, in particular) give an insight into the everyday, social, artistic and religious practices of these countries: bronze figurines from Benin, Touareg arms and decorative trims and a set of geometrical weights (Ghana and Ivory Coast) that were used to weigh gold dust. The museum belongs to the Société des Missions africaines.
