Useful information

Description

This Elizabethan manor standing against a 14C church and the 15C water mill still in perfect operation combine to create an idyllic scene. The manor was completed in 1612 by Sir Richard Blount. Despite its many changes over the centuries, it remains particularly interesting thanks to its impressive oak staircase, James I mouldings, numerous portraits and its chapel, an audacious work built in neo-Gothic style.
