Useful information

Description

Located in the heart of salmon-fishing country in a tiny rural community, this pleasant little museum features a large collection of colourful fishing flies and rods, one of which, over 5m long, was made in Scotland in 1880. Fishing tackle on display includes illegal spears used by poachers. The life cycle of the Atlantic salmon is also illustrated.
