Description

Thirty-three steps, a reminder of the 33 years Christ spent on earth, lead up to the portico of the huge church of the Assumption. Built in 1844, its polygonal layout and Neo-Byzantine architecture are the work of the Munich architect, J. J. Guthensohn.
